Mr. Westerberg specializes in all aspects of real estate litigation. He is the Board attorney for the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and his practice involves the representation of buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, title companies, lenders, real estate agents and brokers, developers, builders, contractors, mortgage brokers and homeowners associations. In addition to litigation, Kent also has extensive experience advising clients and drafting agreements concerning the purchase and sale of all types of real estate, lease agreements, access agreements, easements, options to purchase, and security agreements. Mr. Westerberg also advises clients on land use issues and works with government and regulatory authorities to resolve disputes and ensure compliance. Originally from Canada, Kent obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver and he continues to represent Canadian clients both there and in the United States. He is a Director of the American Foundation for the University of British Columbia and is a founding member of the Digital Moose Lounge, a Canadian business, government and networking organization, which works in conjunction with the Canadian consulate in Northern California.
